For a club the got 40,000 through the door today they were pretty quiet.
When things are going well for them they make a bit of a din. When it was going like it was today they were almost as silent as The Highbury Library! Were they yet another club that thought they just had to turn up to beat...
Although my vote goes to Leonard I know exactly what you mean when you say Saville. Billy has benefitted enormously from him. You can see the improvement in Billy's game. Sav is captain material and I think we are lucky to have such a good experienced pro in our ranks.
Glad you enjoyed your day BP.
And you are right, Billy is improving slowly but surely under NH guidance.
The boy never hides if things don't go his way, he is always looking to get involved, and I've noticed he now gets further forward up the pitch than he did under GR and JE.
He is also...
I thought he was going to add on another minute or two after the additional 7 minutes injury time. Looked like the Leicester players had a moan at him at the end for blowing the final whistle when he did.
If I had to choose any one of our players who I would want to see get on the end of a through ball and a one on one with the keeper, he would be the one.
