Try and hire a forward over 6ft to help Nisbet, think that is the most crucial position we need, along with Mayor on the wing given a go. Promote a few of the young and give a them a chance . Get Longman and BNC in. Reckon Flemming will leave, which I don't think is a big issue.

Always thought Rowett tried the possession game a couple of times during his time then realising we ain't got that skillset. He probably saw it as the only way forward. With Harris and his knowledge of the players he motivated them in a way Rowett could'nt. I hope Harris is given the chance to...
